摘　　要：目的研究生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin),Ghrelin受体(GHS-R)的mRNA在妊高症患者胎盘中的表达情况及其与妊高症发病的相关性。方法选取2017年12月-2020年6月本院就诊的75例妊高症患者为研究对象,作为观察组,并选取75例正常孕妇作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测所有研究对象胎盘中Ghrelin、GHS-R mRNA的表达情况,对比两组患者这两项指标相对表达量的变化,统计分析Ghrelin、GHS-R的mRNA与妊高症患者的相关性,同时对比两组孕妇NO含量及NOS活力值。结果妊高症患者胎盘中GHS-R的mRNA的表达与正常孕妇无明显差别,妊高症患者胎盘中Ghrelin的mRNA表达明显高于正常孕妇(P<0.05)。相比对照组,观察组孕妇的NO含量及NOS活力值均较低(P<0.05)。结论 Ghrelin的mRNA在妊高症患者胎盘中的表达情况显著,其与妊高症患者具有明显的相关性。Objective To study the expressions of ghrelin and GHS-R mRNA in placenta of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension and its correlation with the onset of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods Seventy—five cases of preeclampsia patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 75 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as the control group.The expressions of Ghrelin and GHS-R mRNA in the placenta of all subjects were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR technology,and the changes in the relative expression levels of these two indicators were compared between the two groups of patients,and the correlation between Ghrelin and GHS-R mRNA and pregnancy induced hypertension patients was statistically analyzed.The NO content and NOS activity value of pregnant women in the two groups were compared.Results The expression of GHS-R mRNA in placenta of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension was not significantly different from that of normal pregnant women.The mRNA expression of ghrelin in placenta of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension was significantly higher than that of normal pregnant women(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the NO content and NOS activity value of the pregnant women in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Ghrelin mRNA in the placenta of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension is significant,and it has a significant correlation with patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.
