摘　　要：目的分析2016年-2019年西安市流感监测哨点医院收集的流感样病例样本中流感病毒、腺病毒分型特征。方法收集2016年-2019年西安市流感监测网络涵盖的5家哨点医院流感样病例咽拭子样本1 903份,经荧光PCR筛查流感病毒和腺病毒,对于腺病毒阳性标本对六邻体基因扩增、测序、分型,与参考序列进行比对。结果流感病毒Victoria、Yamagata、季H3、新甲型H1、腺病毒阳性率分别为4.4%、5.4%、8.7%、22.6%、5.7%;108份腺病毒阳性标本经对六邻体基因扩增出82份,其中腺病毒-3型占73.2%,腺病毒-7型占26.8%;经基因进化分析显示腺病毒各型别与下载参考株的同源性较高,未发生明显变异。结论应加强对易感人群流感疫苗的接种,以及腺病毒疫苗的开发,并对中国腺病毒感染的流行病学和病原学进行监测。Objective To analyze the typing characteristics of influenza viruses and adenoviruses in influenza-like cases collected in Xi’an influenza surveillance sentinel hospital from 2016 to 2019.Methods A total of 1 903 throat swab samples of influenza-like cases from five sentinel hospitals covered by the influenza surveillance network in Xi’an City from 2016 to 2019 were collected.Fluorescent PCR was used to screen influenza viruses and adenoviruses.Adenovirus positive samples were amplified,sequenced,and genotyping of hexon genes,which were compared with the reference sequence.Results The positive rates of influenza virus Victoria,Yamagata,seasonal H3,novel A H1 and adenovirus were 4.4% and 5.4%,8.7%,22.6%,5.7%;Of the 108 adenovirus positive samples,82 were amplified by hexon gene,of which 73.2% were adenovirus 3 and26.8% were adenovirus 7.Genetic evolution analysis showed that each adenovirus type had high homology with the download reference strain,and no obvious variation occurred.Conclusion The vaccination of influenza vaccine in susceptible populations and the development of adenovirus vaccine should be strengthened,and the adenovirus infection in China should be epidemiologically and etiologically monitored.
