摘　　要：国家自然科学基金委员会把握新时代对基础研究提出的新要求,积极推进科学基金系统性改革。为了抓好同行评议质量这个关键环节,医学科学部尝试开展了同行评议专家智能化遴选的探索工作。实践结果提示,同行评议"智能指派"方式不仅可以提高科学基金管理人员的工作效率,更加科学合理的遴选同行评议专家,还可以规避潜在的利益风险,保障科学基金评审的公平公正。National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)grasps the new requirements of the new era for basic research and actively promotes the systematic reform.In order to improve the quality of peer review,the Department of Health Sciences has carried out the practical exploration of artificial intelligence(AI)in reviewer selection.The results indicated that the AI assignment system can improve the work efficiency of project managers,select peer review experts in a more scientific and reasonable way,avoid potential benefit risks,and ensure the fairness.
