摘　　要：吲哚布芬作为新一代抗血小板药物,在预治缺血性心脑血管疾病中发挥重要作用。此外,吲哚布芬还具有抗凝、舒张血管、抑制单核细胞组织因子、减少肾纤维化、减轻尿蛋白等作用。本文通过吲哚布芬最新作用机制和临床应用现状做一综述。Indobufen, as a new generation of antiplatelet aggregation drug, plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Moreover, indobufen has the functions of anticoagulation and vasodilation, tissue factor down-regulation in monocytes, renal fibrosis and proteinuria reduction. This article reviewed the latest mechanism and clinical applications of indobufen.
