摘 要:目前我国智能网联汽车人才供需严重失衡,复合型、创新型人才培养是应用型本科院校研究重点。文章以湖北汽车工业学院智能科学与技术专业开展的大学生无人驾驶方程式大赛(FSAC)为例展开研究,探索"智能网联汽车创新创业人才"培养新模式。分析了该专业人才培养目标及FSAC大赛考核知识技能点,通过以赛促教的路径探索专业人才培养方案及教学模式,以提高智能网联汽车人才培养质量。At present,there is a serious imbalance between the supply and demand of intelligent networked automobile talents in China,and the cultivation of compound and innovative talents is the research focus of applied undergraduate colleges.The article takes the Autonomous Driving Formula Competition (FSAC) for college students conducted by Hubei Automotive Industry Institute of Intelligent Science and Technology as an example to explore a new model of "intelligent and connected automobile innovation and entrepreneurial talents" training.The article analyzes the training objectives of the professional talents and the FSAC competition assessment knowledge and skill points,and explores the professional talent training plan and teaching mode through the path of promoting education by competition to improve the quality of intelligent networked automobile talent training.
