摘　　要：随着时代的发展,网格化管理模式日益成为一种新型有效的社会治理方式。高校作为培养高等人才教育的场所,高校研究生公寓的管理模式也需要适应社会发展,与时俱进,通过对传统管理模式的弊端阐述,剖析了网格化管理模式的优点,构建了网格化管理实施的方案,进一步优化大学生安全教育、学生公寓服务、管理功能,有利于及时全面掌握学生信息,提高学生教育服务管理的质量水平,将宿舍变为研究生思想政治工作和素质教育的重要阵地,是高校学生宿舍管理工作的一个新台阶。With the development of the times, grid management mode has increasingly become a new and effective way of social governance. As a place for higher education, the management mode of graduate apartments in Colleges and universities also needs to adapt to the social development and keep pace with the times. This paper expounds the disadvantages of traditional management mode, analyzes the advantages of grid management mode, and constructs the implementation scheme of grid management, so as to further optimize the safety education of college students, the service and management functions of student apartments. It is conducive to timely and comprehensive grasp of student information, improve the quality level of student education service management, and turn the dormitory into an important position of Ideological and political work and quality education for postgraduates, which is a new stage of college student dormitory management.
