摘　　要：目的通过对杭州13家省级公立医院在医疗服务价格改革前后经济运行状况的分析,为持续深化医疗服务价格改革的政策制定提供参考依据。方法选取13家位于杭州的省级公立医院2018年8-12月与2019年8-12月的财务报表数据,应用趋势分析、比率分析、因素分析方法,分析医疗服务价格改革政策对医院经济运行的影响及价格改革政策的效果。结果医疗服务价格改革政策实施后,13家医院的医疗服务收入保持了较大增幅,检查检验收入变化不大,药品、卫生材料收入降幅明显。结论医疗服务价格改革政策实施后,医院业务收入结构得到明显优化,医疗服务劳务性收入提高,药品及耗材收入下降,后续政策需进一步加强检查检验项目的价格调整,使其占比控制在合理范围。Objective Through the analysis of the economic operation of 13 provincial public hospitals in Hangzhou before and after the medical service price reform,to provide a reference for the policy formulation of the continuous deepening of the medical service price reform.Methods The financial statement data of 13 provincial public hospitals in Hangzhou from August 2018 to December 2018 and August 2019 to December 2019 were selected,and trend analysis,ratio analysis,and factor analysis methods were applied to analyze the impact of medical service price reform policies on the economic operation of the hospitals and the effect of price reform policies.Results After the implementation of the medical service price reform policy,the medical service income of 13 hospitals maintained a large increase,but inspection income did not change much.The income of medicines and sanitary materials dropped significantly.Conclusion After the implementation of the medical service price reform policy,the hospital business income structure has been significantly optimized.The medical service labor income has increased,and the revenue of medicines and consumables has decreased.The follow-up policy needs to further strengthen the price adjustment of inspection items to control its proportion in a reasonable range.
