摘　　要：目的探讨医院ECMO团队在基层医院危重患者救治及安全转运过程中应起的作用。方法结合医院ECMO团队院外支援启动流程,收集"ECMO重症患者院间转运查检表"交接信息,分析患者院间转运流程及存在的问题。结果医院ECMO团队参与患者院间转运救治23例,其中6例危重症患者经救护车顺利转至医院治疗,转运距离4.5~105.0公里,转运时间12~120分钟,转运过程中1例患者ECMO流量不稳定,5例循环呼吸稳定,未出现并发症。结论在完善的仪器设备支持和专业技术团队合作下,ECMO危重症患者院间救治和转运具有可行性和安全性,为拯救患者生命提供保障。Objective To explore the role that the hospital ECMO team should play in the treatment and safe transfer of critical patients in primary hospitals.Methods The process of inter-hospital transfer and the problems existing were analyzed by combining with the initiation process of the hospital’s ECMO team’s out-of-hospital support,and collecting the inter-hospital transfer information charts of the ECMO critical patients.Results The hospital’s ECMO team participated in the inter-hospital transfer and treatment of 23 patients,of which 6 critical patients were successfully transferred to the hospital for treatment by ambulance.The transfer distance was 4.5~105.0 kilometers.The transfer time was 12~120 minutes,and the ECMO flow of 1 patient during the transfer process was unstable.5 cases had stable circulation and breathing without complications.Conclusion With the support of complete equipment and the cooperation of professional technical teams,the inter-hospital treatment and transfer of ECMO critical patients are feasible and safe,which will provide a guarantee for saving the lives of patients.
