摘　　要：探讨医务社工基于安宁疗护理念下在癌症临终患者家属哀伤辅导中的作用,帮助癌症临终患者家属更好地应对亲人离世事件,为其提供物质、情感支持和陪伴服务;尽可能地提高临终患者的生活质量,有效缓解家属痛苦内疚情绪,帮助他们尽快走出哀伤期,重新开始自己的生活,构建和谐的医患关系,促进哀伤辅导服务的迅速发展。This article explored the role of medical social workers in grief counseling for the family members of cancer dying patients based on the concept of hospice care to help them to better deal with the death of their loved ones,and to provide them with material and emotional support and companionship services.We tried to improve the quality of life of dying patients,effectively alleviate the pain and guilt of family members,help them get out of the grief period as soon as possible,restart their lives,build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and promote the rapid development of grief counseling services.
