摘  要:采用方差分析、相关性分析和主成分分析的方法,对2年间8个不同食用型甘薯品种(系)的主要农艺性状测定结果进行稳定性分析,并建立了一个适宜红壤旱地食用型甘薯品种的评价模型,以期揭示主要农艺性状的变异规律,并为红壤旱地食用型甘薯品种的筛选与选育提供方法和理论依据。结果表明:年度间总的农艺性状变化差异较小。供试所有品种(系)的主要农艺性状基因型效应差异显著或极显著,且均大于年份效应,但仅还苗期的年份效应差异显著。相关性分析显示,干物率与蔓长呈显著性正相关,与食味评价呈极显著正相关,与分枝数呈显著性负相关,薯干产量与封垄期和分枝数呈显著性负相关。基于主成分分析的方法建立了食用型甘薯品种在红壤旱地适应性的综合评价模型,能有效提高食用型甘薯品种适应性评价的科学性,应用于生产与育种实践。In order to reveal the variation pattern of traits and provide method and theoretical basis for the variety screening and breeding,eight edible sweetpotato varieties were used as test materials in two years,and main agronomic characters were detected and analyzed by variance analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The evaluation model of sweetpotato varieties suitable for red upland soil was established.The results showed that there was little difference among years of agronomic characters.The genetic effects of all characters were different or significantly different,and were more than year effect,but only the seedling stage exhibited a significant difference in years.Correlation analysis indicated that the dry matter content was significantly positively correlated with the vine length,extremely significantly positively correlated with the taste evaluation,and significantly negatively correlated with the branch number.The dry root yield was a significant negative correlation with the date of closing of crop and the branch number.Based on principal component analysis,the comprehensive evaluation model for the adaptability of edible sweet potato varieties in red upland soil was established,which could promote scientific nature of the adaptability evaluation of edible sweetpotato varieties,and be applied to the production and breeding practice.
