摘　　要：脊神经后支相关性疼痛疾病是临床常见病、多发病。本共识回顾并分析了脊神经后支解剖特点及相关疾病的临床表现、诊断、治疗,重点评价脊神经后支相关性疼痛微创治疗技术,包括注射治疗技术、针法松解技术、射频技术、化学损毁术、冷冻技术、内镜技术等。对各技术基本原理、适用范围及疗效进行了分析总结并提出了临床应用建议。Pain related to posterior ramus of spinal nerve is a clinically common disease.This consensus consists of anatomical characteristics,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of pain related to posterior ramus of spinal nerve.The treatment methods focus on the minimally invasive therapy,such as injection techniques,acupuncture,radiofrequency technology,chemical destruction,refrigeration technique and endoscopy.The basic principles,indication and efficacy in each of these technologies are summarized,and the recommendation for clinical applications are suggested.
