摘　　要：城市设计策划已经成为城市设计的重要组成部分,其对城市设计工作的有效指导广受认可。但现行的工作方式存在一定的局限性,不能满足我国城市高质量发展的需求。研究从机制、模式、方法和导向四个方面探索城市设计策划的工作路径,并以杨柳青大运河国家文化公园实践项目为例,论证通过建立多学科团队主导策划,使策划贯穿项目的全周期,指导城市空间和建筑空间的设计,参与运营过程,实现以文化事件激发文化公园活力这一目标的具体工作路径。Urban design programming has become an important part of urban design,and its effective guidance for urban design is widely recognized.However,the current working mode has some limitations,which cannot meet the needs of high-quality urban development in China.This paper explores the working mode of urban design programming from four aspects of mechanism,mode,method and guidance.Through the project of Yangliuqing Grand Canal National Cultural Park,it discusses in detail the establishment of a multidisciplinary team to lead the programming,so that the programming runs through the whole cycle of the project,guides the design of urban space and architectural space,participates in the operation process,and stimulates the vitality of the cultural park with cultural events..
