摘　　要：以高质量党建引领医院内部治理体系和治理能力现代化,对于医院改革发展稳定具有长远的指导意义和实践价值。介绍了南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院通过全面落实公立医院党的领导,推进以文化保管理、以机制促运行、以战略谋发展的内部治理体系现代化路径探索与实践,为公立医院改革的有效落实和医院可持续发展提供借鉴。It has long-term guiding significance and practical value for the reform,development and stability of the public hospital to strengthen the party construction,which will help to realize the modernization of internal governance system and governance ability.This study summarizes the practice of the affiliated hospital of Nanjing University Medical School,which comprehensively implements the innovations to ensure management by culture,to promote operation by mechanism and to seek development by strategy,so as to provide reference for the effective implementation of public hospital reform and sustainable development.
