摘　　要：推动党建与业务工作深度融合是党中央提出的明确要求。分析了公立医院党建工作与中心工作融合存在的问题,从主观、客观两方面剖析了导致问题出现的主要原因,介绍了上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院破除"为何融合"困惑、解决"谁来融合"问题、找准"如何融合"切入点的实践探索,为公立医院党建工作的有效开展提供借鉴。Promoting the deep integration of party building and central work is a clear requirement put forward by the Party Central Committee.It analyzed the problems existing in the integration of party building work and central work in public hospitals,analyzed the main reasons for the problems from both subjective and objective aspects,and introduced the practical exploration of Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,which eliminated the puzzle of"Why do we need integration"and solved the question of"who will integrate"and found the entry point of"how to integrate",to provide reference for the effective development of party building work in public hospitals.
