摘　　要：自党中央明确提出建设高素质专业化干部队伍的任务以来,加强公立医院党务工作队伍高素质专业化建设愈发受到关注,被视为做好公立医院党建工作与提高党建质量的内在要求。本研究以调查问卷形式探析多重身份主体对公立医院党务干部基本情况与现状的评价,并基于此进行质化分析,认为应从严格准入门槛、完善培养体系、畅通职业路径等方面推进公立医院党务干部队伍建设。Since the task of"training a contingent of competent and professional Party officials"was put forward at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,implementing this mission in public hospitals,which is regarded as the inherent requirement of improving the efficacy of Party building in public hospitals,has received widely-spread concern.Based on the qualitative analysis,this study analyses how multiple identities evaluate the basic and current situation of Party officials in public hospitals through questionnaires.The article finds that the construction of a contingent of competent and professional Party officials in public hospitals can be advanced from the following three aspects,that is,raising the entry threshold,perfecting the training system and providing more career paths.
