临床药师会诊信息平台在抗菌药物临床应用管理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:了解临床药师会诊信息平台在抗菌药物临床应用管理中的效果。方法:开发临床药师会诊信息平台,将临床药师会诊流程与医生开立医嘱关联,比较平台应用前后住院患者抗菌药物使用率和使用强度、平均住院日等变化情况。结果:临床药师会诊信息平台建立并应用后,抗菌药物使用强度下降显著(P<0.001),平均住院日略有下降但差异没有统计学意义(P=0.64)。结论:药师会诊信息平台的应用,提升了抗菌药物合理使用水平和临床药师的会诊效率,为多学科协作抗菌药物团队会诊机制的有效运行提供了保障。Objective:To explore the effect of clinical pharmacist consultation information platform used in the management of clinical application of antibiotics.Methods:The process of clinical pharmacist consultation was associated with doctor’s order,after the information platform of clinical pharmacist consultation was established.The utilization rate,intensity and average length of stay of antibacterial drugs were compared before and after the intervention.Results:With the establishment and application of the information-based medical joint consultation mechanism,the use intensity of antibiotics decreased significantly before and after the consultation(P<0.001),and the average hospital stay decreased slightly(P=0.64).Conclusion:The application of pharmacist consultation information platform improves the reasonable use level of antibiotics and the consultation efficiency of clinical pharmacists,and provides favorable technical support and assistance for the effective operation of multi-disciplinary cooperation"antibacterial team consultation"mechanism.
