摘  要:目的:基于疫情期间远程医学教育实践,探索优化远程医学教育管理的对策。方法:采用案例法对北京某医院疫情防控期间远程医学教育的工作实施过程和效果进行分析和总结。结果:疫情防控下主要针对一线医护和在读学员的远程医学教育较好地实现了专业知识的教授和技能培训,其高时效和公益性不仅拓宽了医学教育的受众面,而且极大节约了教育培训资源,但是在教学实施、管理监督、技术保障等方面也凸显出问题。结论:疫情防控常态下远程医学教育仍将发挥重要作用,教学内容、实施方式和手段在新技术支撑下可以丰富拓展,且构建有效的教学反馈系统和过程性管理评估才能更好地保障效果。Objective:Based on the practice of telemedicine education during the epidemic period,the countermeasures to optimize the management of telemedicine education are explored.Methods:Case analysis method was applied for analysis and summary of telemedical education practice at a tertiary hospital in Beijing.Results:Telemedical education practice under the epidemic prevention and control realized the teaching of professional knowledge and skill training.Its high timeliness and low cost not only absorbed more audience but also greatly saved educational and training resources.However,problems were highlighted in aspects such as teaching implementation,management supervision and technical support.Conclusion:Telemedical education will still play an important role under the current situation.New technologies will enrich and expand teaching content,implementation methods and means;and effective teaching feedback and process management evaluation system can promote telemedical education.
