摘　　要：非计划性拔管的发生不仅对患者造成直接损伤、增加患者痛苦,而且延长住院周期、增加医疗用费用和医护人力资源耗费,甚至可危及患者生命安全。本文介绍了某三甲医院预防非计划性拔管的管理策略,以减少因非计划性拔管造成的不良事件,为保障患者安全和医务人员职业安全提供参考。The occurrence of unplanned extubation not only causes direct damage to the patient and increases patient suffering,but also prolongs the hospitalization period,increases medical expenses,and consumes medical and human resources,which can even endanger the life of the patient.This article describes the management strategy for preventing unplanned extubation in a third-class hospital,in order to reduce the adverse nursing events caused by unplanned extubation,and provide a clinical basis for ensuring the safety of patients and the occupational safety of medical staff.
