摘　　要：公安群众工作是公安工作的根基,开展其创新研究有助于提升公安工作效能。公安机关要依托在传统公安群众工作中积累的宝贵经验,明确公安群众工作的新时代内涵,通过公安大数据技术为公安工作赋能增效,把握新时代社会转型变化与高速创新发展的时代契机,落细落实“放管服”政策、推进社区民警专职化制度改革等实践工作,探索新时代公安群众工作的创新发展之路。Mass work is the foundation of public security work,and its innovative research will help to improve the efficiency of public security work.The public security organs should rely on the valuable experience accumulated in the traditional public security mass work,clarify the connotation of public security mass work in the new era,endow the public security work with efficiency through public security big data technology,grasp the opportunity of social transformation and rapid innovation and development in the new era,implement the policy of“delegating power,streamlining administration and optimizing government services”,promote the reform of community police professional system,and seek the innovative development of public security mass work in the new era.
