摘　　要：本文主要介绍了两种OLED的自动发光控制原理和相关器件设计结构。并研究利用基于TFT-LCD的一个驱动硬件控制电路芯片HD66773R,通过一个单片硅电机来自动访问其内部的各个驱动控制电路寄存器,提出了基于TFT-OLED的硬件驱动控制电路设计方案,详细化地介绍了驱动电路的软硬件驱动设计操作方法。An introduction is made to the principle of two OLED automatic light-emitting control and the design structure of related devices.Using a driving hardware control circuit chip based on TFTLCD HD66773R,the hardware drive control circuit design scheme based on TFT-OLED is proposed by using a single chip silicon motor to dynamically access each drive control circuit register inside it.The hardware and software drive design operation method of driving circuit is introduced in detail.
