摘　　要：随着信息时代的到来,战场信息环境可视化变得越来越重要。为了提高军事态势标绘平台的跨平台性、态势标绘成果的共享性等,本文通过对Openlayers库进行二次开发建立军标库,基于B/S架构搭建军事态势标绘系统,采用XML存储标绘数据,具有地图管理、军标库管理、军标绘制、军标编辑和态势图数据存储5大功能模块,基本能满足部队作图人员对态势标绘的要求,实现制图向智能化、共享化方向发展。With the advent of the information age,the visualization of battlefield information environment becomes more and more important.In order to improve the military plotting platform of cross-platform,plotting results of sharing and so on,this article through to the Openlayers library for secondary development to establish the standard library,based on B/S architecture to build military plotting system,adopting XML storage plot data,map management,the standard library management,the standard map,the standard editing and situation data store five function modules,basic can meet the requirements of forces on drawing situation plotting,implementation drawings to develop in the direction of intelligent,sharing.
