摘 要:蓄电池系统是核电站发生事故的备用电源,其在地震作用下的完整性和正常功能的执行对核电站的安全性具有重要的意义。结合同济大学振动台实验室完成的核级蓄电池组及支架的抗震试验结果,探讨了铅酸蓄电池组的建模问题,使用ABAQUS建立以固体单元模拟蓄电池及以壳体-弹簧单元模拟蓄电池的两种有限元模型进行谱分析法计算了支架地震响应。结果表明,采用壳体-弹簧单元模拟蓄电池与试验结果较吻合,能够较好地反映铅酸蓄电池组在地震时的力学行为,计算结果相对精确、合理。The nuclear-grade battery system is a backup power source for nuclear power plants,and its integrity and function under the action of an earthquake are very important for the seismic safety of nuclear power plants.Based on the seismic test research of the nuclear-grade battery pack and support frames conducted by the Shaking Table Testing Laboratory of Tongji University,the numerical models for lead-acid battery were proposed,and two finite element models with solid element and shell-spring element were used to simulate the battery,while the spectral analysis was performed to calculate the seismic response of the support frame.The results show that the shell-spring model presented satisfied results which shown good agreement with the test results,and the model can be applied for the seismic analysis of the lead-acid battery pack under an earthquake event.
