摘 要:锚固钢板法广泛应用于钢筋混凝土结构加固改造中。作为钢板与混凝土之间协同工作的联系枢纽,植筋式后锚固连接的抗剪性能起到至关重要的作用。为了研究单锚的埋深、边距和温度对其破坏模式、抗剪承载力、抗剪刚度的影响,对20个单锚试件开展了常温和高温下的剪切试验。结果表明,对于常温下单锚试件,边距应不小于8d,埋深不小于10d;随温度升高,破坏模式由混凝土破坏向边缘楔形体破坏转变;高温对单锚的承载力有非常大的影响,边距小于8d时,增加边距可以显著提高抗剪承载力;埋深大于10d时,增加埋深对提高抗剪承载力的效果不明显。Bolted-steel plate method is widely used in the reinforcement and transformation of reinforced concrete structures.Anchorage bolts act as a connecting hub between the steel plate and the concrete in bolted-steel plates,thus the shear performance of posted-installed adhesive connection plays a crucial role.20 specimens with a single bolt were firstly tested,and the effects of embedment length,edge distance and temperature on the failure mode,shear bearing capacity and shear stiffness of single anchor were studied.The results showed that the edge distance and the embedment length should not be less than 8d and 10d at room temperature,respectiely.As temperature increases,the failure mode changes from concrete failure to failure of wedge cone.High temperature has a great influence on the bearing capacity of single anchor.Increasing edge distance to 8d can improve the shear bearing capacity significantly.When the embedment length is greater than 10d,the effect of increasing embedment length on the shear bearing capacity is not obvious.
