摘 要:高吸水树脂(SAP)应用于高强混凝土,能够使其具备低收缩性。研究不同SAP掺量对高强混凝土的强度和早期收缩性的影响,确定其最优掺量是解决内养护技术推广应用的关键问题。针对这一问题,首先考虑不同SAP掺量及引水量下对高强混凝土的影响设计试验方案;其次通过电镜扫描技术(SEM)分析成型试块孔隙及密实度,从微观角度分析SAP对高强混凝土收缩的影响,探究微观与宏观方面的一致性;最后确定高强混凝土中SAP的最佳掺入量。研究结果显示,SAP掺量为胶凝材料的0.1%且预吸水量为拌和水量的5%时高强混凝土性能最佳,该研究可为内养护技术的推广应用提供理论依据。High water absorbent resin(SAP)is used in high strength concrete to make it have low shrinkage.To study the effects of different SAP contents on the strength and early shrinkage of high strength concrete,and to determine the optimal content is the key to the promotion and application of internal curing technology.In view of this problem,the experimental scheme was designed to consider the influence of different SAP contents and water amounts on high strength concrete.Secondly,the porosity and compactness of the test block were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,and the influence of SAP on the shrinkage of high-strength concrete was analyzed from the micro perspective to explore the consistency between micro and macro aspects.Finally,the optimum amount of SAP in high strength concrete was determined.The results show that the performance of high strength concrete is the best when SAP is 0.1%of the cementing material and the preabsoiption is 5%of the mixing water.This study can provide theoretical basis for the promotion and application of internal curing technology.
