摘 要:本文提出一种受力合理施工简便的新型槽孔组合反力台座。针对常见的反力台座在施工、设计和运维中出现的困难和问题,优化台座型钢布置方式,改进套筒锚孔为深槽孔,可实现型钢与钢筋笼的模块化工厂制备;建立了型钢混凝土槽道和深槽孔的简化受力模型并进行力学分析;通过ABAQUS,进行有限元分析论证;给出了该槽孔组合反力台座关键参数和设计方法,验证了所提出新型反力台座的可行性。A new type of channel-anchor composite strong floor is proposed,which is proved to have reasonable mechanic performance and higher construction efficiency.To solve the common deficiencies of the conventional strong floor in construction,design,operation and maintenance,the arrangement pattern of shaped-steel is optimized,and the sleeve anchor is simplified to a deep channel anchor,which can realize the modular preparation of steel sections and reinforcement cages in factory.The simplified mechanical model of the steel-RC composite channel and the anchor hole are established and analyzed,which are verified by FEM simulation via ABAQUS.Finally,the related key parameters and corresponding design method for this proposed channel-anchor composite strong floor are put forward and the feasibility of the new strong floor proposed in this paper is verified.
