摘 要:利用COMSOL电化学模块建立H62铜合金二维模型,阳极边界条件采用电化学工作站测定的温度为35℃、NaCl质量分数为5%的溶液条件下的极化曲线,根据水平集方法仿真H62铜合金缝隙腐蚀作用下腐蚀产物的动态分布过程。仿真表明腐蚀反应开始后,电解质电位很快达到稳定状态,阴极反应主要集中于缝隙口,阳极反应比较均匀,腐蚀产物在阴阳极交界处堆积最大,向两侧逐渐减小,H62铜合金制品的体视镜成像与EDS能谱分析与仿真结果一致。H62 copper alloy is a common mechanical material with weak corrosion resistance.The COMSOL electrochemical module was used to establish a two-dimensional model of H62 copper alloy.The anode boundary conditions were as follows:polarization curves of the solution with an electrochemical work ratio of 35℃and an NaCl mass fraction of 5%were used to simulate the dynamic distribution process of corrosion products under the action of crack corrosion of H62 copper alloy.The simulation shows that after the corrosion reaction starts,the electrolyte potential reaches a stable state quickly,the cathode reaction is mainly concentrated in the gap,the anode reaction is generally uniform,and the corrosion products accumulate the most at the junction of anode and cathode,and gradually decrease to both sides.The volumescope and EDS energy spectrum analysis of H62 copper alloy products are consistent with the simulation results.
