摘　　要：为获取完整的合成营作战能力评估指标权重信息,建立合成营作战能力评估体系层次结构模型,分别利用三角模糊层次分析法(TFNAHP)和决策实验与评估实验法(DEMATEL)获取评估指标的影响权重和价值权重,并利用积和归一法对这两种权重信息进行融合,得到包含评估指标隶属关系和相互影响关系信息的综合权重,最后对合成营综合作战能力进行评估。通过与未改进的三角模糊层次分析法获得的合成营综合作战能力评估结果进行对比,验证了A方法的有效性和可靠性,为合成营作战能力评估指标权重确定提供了一种新的思路。In order to obtain complete weight information of the combat battalion evaluation index in synthetic battalion,battalion’s combat capability evaluation system in hierarchy structure is established firstly,and then the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(TFNAHP)and the decision experiment and evaluation experiment method(DEMATEL)are used to obtain the evaluation index.The influence weight and value weight are combined,to obtain a comprehensive weight including evaluation index membership information and mutual influence relationship information.Finally,the comprehensive combat capability of the synthetic battalion is evaluated.By comparing with the evaluation result of the comprehensive combat capability of the synthetic battalion obtained by the unmodified triangle fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the validity and reliability of the method is verified,which provides a new idea for determining the weight of the synthetic battalion combat capability evaluation index.
