摘 要:为优化医用纤维材料的蛋白吸附性能,本研究通过静电纺丝技术制备聚ε-己内酯(PCL)纳米纤维膜,利用乙醇和不同浓度的氢氧化钠(NaOH)对其进行改性处理,分析了碱处理对PCL纳米纤维膜的表面形貌、力学性能、润湿性的影响。随后选取牛血清蛋白(BSA)作为模型蛋白,探究了碱处理后PCL纤维膜的蛋白吸附性能。研究结果表明,经乙醇和NaOH处理后的静电纺纳米纤维膜的亲水性增加,PCL纤维膜表面粗糙度增大,采用浓度为0.5 mol/L的NaOH处理的纤维膜能达到较好的蛋白吸附效果。该碱处理方法易于操作,有效提升了PCL纳米纤维膜的亲水性,蛋白吸附能力也有所提升,有望拓展PCL纤维在生物医学领域的应用。Polycaprolactone(PCL)nanofibrous membranes were synthesized by electrospinning technique to optimize protein absorption properties of fiber materials for medical applications.The membranes were chemically modified with dehydrated ethanol(C 2H 6O)and sodium hydroxide(NaOH).The PCL nanofibrous membranes were investigated with respect to their surface morphology,mechanical properties and hydrophilicity after the alkali treatment.By using BSA as a model,the protein absorption property of the PCL nanofibrous membrane modified with NaOH was evaluated.The results showed that the nanofibrous membrane exhibited improved hydrophilicity after being modified with NaOH,and the surface roughness of the membrane was increased.Furthermore,the PCL nanofibrous membrane treated with 0.5 moL/L NaOH was proved to absorb more BSA.The alkali treatment method used here was easy to operate,effectively increasing the protein absorption properties of the PCL nanofibrous membrane.The obtained results demonstrated that this work could potentially enlarge the application of PCL nanofibrous membranes in the biomedical field.
