摘  要:探究了织物结构参数、织物预处理与整理工艺对涤纶针织物上墨滴扩散和呈色的影响。结果表明,涤纶针织物上的墨滴扩散行为受织物面密度、孔隙率等多种因素的影响;与普通涤纶针织物相比,经吸湿排汗整理的涤纶针织物的扩散面积更大;预处理后,涤纶针织物的渗化情况得以改善;墨滴色块的K/S值受墨滴在织物上扩散面积的影响,墨滴扩散面积越大,色块K/S值越小,织物得色越浅。The influence of fabric structure parameters,fabric pretreatment and finishing processing on ink droplet disperse and color formation on polyester knitted fabrics was investigated.The results showed that the diffusion behavior of ink droplet on polyester knitted fabrics was affected by many factors such as fabric surface density and porosity.Compared with the ordinary polyester knitted fabrics,the diffusion area of the polyester knitted fabric with moisture absorption and sweat removal finishing was larger.After pretreatment,the infiltration condition of polyester knitted fabric improved.There was a linear relationship between the K/S value of the blob of ink and its diffusing area on the fabric.The larger the diffusing area,the smaller the K/S value of the blob,and the lighter the fabric color.
