开胸顺气丸中槟榔的HPLC含量测定及鉴别方法

摘　　要：目的:建立开胸顺气丸中槟榔的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定及鉴别方法。方法:采用HPLC法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01%磷酸溶液(每1000 ml含2.5 g十二烷基硫酸钠,32∶68);检测波长为215 nm。结果:在HPLC色谱中,供试品与槟榔碱、去甲槟榔碱对照品在相应位置上有相同保留时间的色谱峰。槟榔碱在一定范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为93.2%。结论:建立的HPLC含量测定及鉴别方法准确、简单、快速,能有效控制开胸顺气丸中槟榔的质量。Objective: To develop a high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) for identification and determination of Areca Catechu in Kaixiong Shunqi pills. Methods: The HPLC analysis was used with octadecylsilane bonded silica gel column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 01%phosphoric acid solution( 2. 5 g sodium dodecyl sulfate per 1000 ml,32∶ 68). The detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results: The retention time of the chromatographic peaks of the samples was the same as that of arecoline and norarecoline in HPLC. Arecoline has a good linear relationship in a certain range,and the average recovery is93. 2%. Conclusion: The HPLC method is accurate,simple and rapid,which can control the quality of betel nut in Kaixiong Shunqi pills effectively.
