湘南地区某高校大学生血压与肥胖评估指标的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查湘南地区某高校大学生血压与肥胖评估指标的相关性,为高校制定大学生健康管理策略提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,从湘南地区某高校2016年在校大学生中抽取1 719人,测量血压、颈围、腰围、身高、体重,计算体质量指数(BMI),观察高血压的检出率,分析肥胖评估指标与血压之间的相关性。结果共1 719人接受调查,取得有效数据1 710人,其中男996人,女714人,检出高血压182人(10.64%)。颈围≥40 cm的男生48人(4.82%),颈围≥35 cm的女生21人(2.94%)。腰围≥90 cm的男生63人(6.33%),腰围≥85 cm的女生10人(1.40%)。BMI≥28的15人(0.88%),24≤BMI<28的260人(15.20%)。颈围、腰围、BMI与收缩压及舒张压分别呈正相关(均P<0.001)。结论湘南地区2016年在读大学生的高血压检出率不容乐观,颈围、腰围、BMI等肥胖指标与血压呈正相关,改善大学生的肥胖指标可调节血压,是预防远期心脑血管疾病的重要举措。Objective To investigate the correlation between blood pressure and obesity evaluation indexes of college students in southern Hunan,and to provide scientific basis for college students'health management strategies.Methods Using the method of random cluster sampling,1719 students were randomly selected from a university in southern Hunan in 2016.Blood pressure,neck circumference,waist circumference,height and weight were measured,body mass index(BMI)was calculated,the detection rate of hypertension was observed,and the correlation between obesity evaluation indexes and blood pressure was analyzed.Results A total of 1719 people were investigated,and effective data of 1710 cases were obtained,including 996 males and 714 females.182 of them(10.64%)were diagnosed with hypertension.There were 48 males(4.82%)with neck circumference≥40 cm,and 21 females(2.94%)with neck circumference≥35 cm.There were 63 males(6.33%)with waist circumference≥90 cm,and 10 females(1.40%)with waist circumference≥85 cm.There were 15 patients(0.88%)with BMI≥28,and 260 patients(15.20%)with 24≤BMI<28.Neck circumference,waist circumference and BMI were positively correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure(all P<0.001).Conclusion The detection rate of hypertension among college students in southern Hunan in 2016 is not optimistic,obesity indexes such as neck circumference,waist circumference and BMI are positively correlated with blood pressure among college students.It is suggested that improving obesity indexes of college students is an important measure to regulate blood pressure and prevent long-term cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
