摘　　要：文章就智慧养老社区建设过程中人才、技术、制度等方面进行剖析,提出智慧社区养老发展的建议和对策,并针对智慧养老社区建设中的问题,建议制定更完善的制度和运用更科学的管理方法来解决。This paper analyzes the talent,technology,system and other aspects in the process of the construction of smart pension community,puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the development of the smart pension community,and proposes to develop a more perfect system and use more scientific management methods to solve the problems in the construction of the smart pension community.
