我国智慧中小城镇建设的创新路径探究——基于河南省新密市的实践经验

摘　　要：文章以河南省新密市为例,通过调查研究,对近年来新密市智慧城市战略规划、实践经验、问题和困境进行了深入分析。在此基础上,从科学编制智慧城市战略规划,正确发挥政府主导作用,遵循产业发展、研发和创新的客观规律,尊重知识和人才等角度提出了我国智慧中小城镇建设的创新路径。Taking Xinmi City in Henan Province as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the strategic planning,practical experience,problems and difficulties of Xinmi city smart city in recent years through investigation and research.On this basis,this paper puts forward the innovation path for the construction of"smart"small and medium-sized towns in China from the perspectives of scientific formulation of smart city strategic planning,correct play of the leading role of the government,following the objective laws of industrial development,R&D and innovation,and respect for knowledge and talents.
