摘　　要：结合2018年~2020年重庆市智慧小区建设的经验做法,分析了智慧小区建设过程中存在的一些问题,并从行业角度为智慧小区下一步发展提出了相关建议。Combined with the construction experience and practice of Chongqing smart community from 2018 to 2020,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the process of smart community construction,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the next development of smart community from the perspective of industry.
