摘  要:为了探究不同内部循环过冷方法对制冷空调系统性能的影响,构建了四种内部循环系统的热力学模型,并采用不同制冷工质进行模拟计算,结果表明:采用冷凝器出口或过冷器出口进行分流的内部循环过冷方法对系统性能的影响效果相同,同时系统COP高于采用回热器或节流阀出口分流的方法;采用冷凝器出口或过冷器出口进行分流的内部循环过冷方法不会提高压缩机的排气温度,并且可以减小压缩机的增压比。因此,以冷凝器出口或过冷器出口进行分流的内部循环过冷方法可以成为提高制冷空调系统性能的理想手段。In order to explore the influences of internal circulation subcooling methods on the performance of refrigeration and air conditioning system,four thermodynamic models of refrigeration and air conditioning system with internal subcooling circulation were put forward.Simulation was done with some common refrigerants.The following conclusions are obtained from the simulation results:the methods that split flow from condenser or sub-cooler outlet have the same effect on the system performance and have a much higher COP than the methods that use internal heat exchanger or split flow from the outlet of throttle valve.The methods that split flow from condenser or sub-cooler outlet will not increase the discharge temperature of the compressor,and can reduce the compression ratio of the compressor.Therefore,the internal subcooling circulation method with split flow from condenser or sub-cooler outlet is an ideal way to improve the performance of the refrigeration and air conditioning system.
