摘 要:利用两步法在LaAlO_(3)衬底上制备了Tl_(2)Ba_(2)CaCu_(2)O_(8)(Tl-2212)高温超导薄膜,并通过标准光刻和氩离子刻蚀技术制备了双开口环谐振器(DSRR)结构的超材料样品,利用太赫兹时域光谱系统对其进行了表征。分析了Tl-2212超材料在不同电场方向下的传输曲线,结合仿真结果,对DSRR结构的响应机理进行了研究,分别在常温和液氮温度下对该样品进行了具体测试。实验结果表明,超材料样品的谐振强度和谐振频率随着工作温度发生变化。由于超导薄膜复电导率的变化及其引起的动态电感的变化,Tl-2212超材料结构具有良好的开关性能。此外,还引入了偶极子耦合的概念和简单的二流体模型来定性地解释这些现象。In this paper,Tl_(2)Ba_(2)CaCu_(2)O_(8)(Tl-2212)high temperature superconducting(HTS)thin films were prepared on LaAlO_(3)substrates by modified two-step method.The metamaterial samples with double-split-ring-resonator(DSRR)structure were fabricated by standard photolithography and argon ion etching techniques,and characterized by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy.For different electric field directions,the corresponding transmission spectra was analyzed and the response mechanism of DSRR was studied combining with the simulation results.The samples were tested at room temperature(300 K)and liquid nitrogen temperature(77 K),respectively.The experimental results show that the resonant strength and frequency of the samples are related to the working temperature of the metamaterial.Due to the change of complex conductivity and kinetic inductance of the superconducting material,the metamaterials have good switching performance.In addition,the concept of dipoles coupling and a simple two-fluid model are introduced to explain these phenomena qualitatively.
