摘 要:新建武汉至十堰高速铁路崔家营汉江特大桥主桥采用(135+2×300+135)m连续刚构柔性拱组合桥,主梁为C60预应力混凝土结构,拱肋为钢管混凝土桁架拱。上部结构施工采用先梁后拱法,主梁0号节段利用托架分层浇筑,其它节段悬浇采用三主桁挂篮并配置自行式模块化内平台施工,在边跨侧T构悬臂设置平衡配重;先合龙边跨,再利用大吨位千斤顶同步对顶技术实现双主跨同时合龙,采用气动辅助法穿设主梁超长预应力束;主拱肋先利用组拼式浮吊在桥面分三区段低位拼装,再同步提升中间大节段进行合龙;边拱采用桥面汽车吊支架法原位拼装;拱肋弦杆、平联板及缀板内C50微膨胀混凝土采用二级泵送方式压注,然后对称施工吊杆及附属结构。The main bridge of Cuijiaying Hanjiang River Bridge of the newly-built Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway is a combined continuous rigid-frame and flexible arch bridge that have four spans of 135,2×300 and 135 m.The main girder is a prestressed concrete structure made of C60 concrete,while the arch ribs are concrete-filled steel tube arches.The construction of superstructure was carried out ahead of the arch.The main girder segment No.0(starter segment)was cast in layers with the assistance of brackets,and the remaining segments were cast in cantilevers by using the three-main-truss form travelers that were aided by the self-propelled modular inner platform.The cantilevers of T-frames of side spans were counterbalanced.After the closure of side spans,the butt-jacking technique of using large-tonnage jacks was used to close the two main spans synchronously.The very long prestressing tendons were threaded in the main girder using aerodynamic method.The main arch ribs were divided into three zones for assembly at a relatively lower elevation using floating crane and then the central large segments were lifted in parallel for closure.The side-span arch ribs were assembled in situ by truck crane.The chords,lateral bracings and batten plates were filled with C50 micro-expansion concrete,using the secondary pumping method.Afterwards,the hangers and auxiliary components were installed in a symmetrical manner.
