摘  要:武汉杨泗港长江大桥为主跨1700 m单跨双层钢桁梁悬索桥,猫道采用无抗风缆三跨连续式结构。大桥跨度大、施工环境复杂,采用往复式猫道对拉牵引系统,包括35 t主、副卷扬机以及牵引索、转向滑车;2个锚碇处各布置2台35 t主牵引卷扬机,桥塔和锚碇支墩门架处布置若干辅助小型卷扬机。通过方案比选,第1根先导索(下游侧)采用大型拖轮拽拉“水面过渡法”架设,第2根先导索(上游侧)利用第1根先导索牵引过江后空中横移就位;扶手索采用常规“吊挂法”进行架设;牵引索、门架支撑索和猫道承重索采用“托架法”进行架设。对引起线形偏差的原因采取针对性措施,并在施工中及时进行调整,承重索标高偏差控制在50 mm以内,猫道线形满足规范和设计要求。The Yangsigang ChangJiang River Bridge in Wuhan is a single-span double-deck steel truss suspension bridge with a main span of 1700 m,and its catwalk adopts a 3-span continuous structure without wind-resistant cables.Due to the large span of the bridge and the complex construction environment,it is difficult to install,measure and control the alignment of the catwalk wire rope,and to manage the safety during construction.A to and fro pull-back and traction system is employed,which consists of the main and secondary winches with a capacity of 35 t,traction cable and corner blocks.Through scheme research and comparison,two 35 t main traction winches are arranged at two anchorages respectively.Several auxiliary small windlasses are arranged on the main tower and anchor pier portal frame.The upper first pilot cable(downstream)is erected by“water surface transition method”pulled by large tugboat,and the second pilot cable(upstream)is pulled across the river by the first pilot cable,and then transversely moved into place in the air.Guide cable and handrail cable are erected by conventional“hanging method”,traction cable,portal support cable and load-bearing cable are erected by“bracket method”.By taking targeted measures to the causes of alignment deviation and making timely adjustments during construction,The elevation error of the load-carrying cables was controlld less than 50 mm,and the alignment of catwalk finally meets the specification and design requirements.
