摘　　要：目的研究基于Neuman系统模式的心理危机干预对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者心理危机水平及睡眠质量的影响效果。方法选取2020年1月10日至2月26日南阳市某COVID-19定点救治医院收治的65例COVID-19患者作为研究对象。运用Neuman理论分析研究患者的压力源,对其实施针对性心理危机干预。采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对干预前后的效果进行评价。结果干预后,患者HAMD中的焦虑/躯体化、迟滞、睡眠障碍和绝望感4类因子分均明显较干预前下降,SCL-90中的焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、偏执4类因子分均明显较干预前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Neuman系统模式的心理危机干预可有效改善COVID-19患者负性情绪,在疫情防控和患者治疗中具有较高临床应用价值,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of psychological crisis intervention based on the Neuman system model on the psychological crisis level and sleep quality of patients with COVID-19.Methods 65 COVID-19 patients admitted to a COVID-19 designated treatment hospital in Nanyang City from January 10 to February 26,2020 were selected as the research objects.Neuman theory was used to analyze and study the stressors of patients,and targeted psychological crisis interventions for patients was implemented.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the Symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90)were used to evaluate the effects before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the four types of factors of anxiety/somatization,hysteresis,sleep disturbance,and despair in the patient′s HAMD were significantly lower than before the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,somatization,and paranoia in SCL-90 were significantly lower than before the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological crisis intervention based on the Neuman system model can effectively improve the negative emotions of COVID-19 patients,has high clinical application value in epidemic prevention and control and patient treatment,and is worthy of promotion and application.
