摘  要:针对某多轴超重型底盘大功率液力变矩器在装车试验中发生涡轮轴断裂的问题,开展了涡轮轴断口失效分析、道路谱载荷测试与疲劳寿命仿真分析,发现失效涡轮轴在花键与轴的过渡部位的应力集中导致疲劳寿命不满足设计要求,因此对涡轮轴的结构进行改进和提升材料性能。经改进后的涡轮轴在通过疲劳寿命校核后,重新装配大功率液力变矩器,搭载某超重型底盘顺利完成了3万公里的跑车验证。Aiming at the problem of turbine shaft fracture in the loading test of a multi-axis heavy duty chassis high-power torque converter,the failure analysis of turbine shaft fracture,road spectrum load test and fatigue life simulation analysis were finally carried out.The failure turbine shaft had stress concentration at the transition between the spline and the shaft,resulting in fatigue life that didn’t meet the design and using requirements.Therefore,the structure of the turbine shaft was improved and the material performance was improved.The improved turbine shaft passed the fatigue life calibration.After the core,the high-power torque converter was reassembled,and a heavy-duty chassis was successfully completed in 30,000-kilometer vechile test.
