摘　　要：当前部队在处置突发社会安全事件时所使用装备种类繁杂、性能各异,没有针对任务特点的综合、系统、体系的装备建设结构和编配,影响任务的圆满完成。本文通过分析处置突发社会安全事件任务和能力需求,提出了基于能力需求的装备建设构架,并利用层次分析法进行综合评估运算,评估结果良好。证明该装备构架科学合理,应用性较强,能够满足任务需求。At present,with the deepening of reforms,domestic contradictions have become prominent,unstable factors have gradually increased,and social security incidents have been increasing year by year.As the main force in maintaining stability and dealing with emergencies,the Armed Police Force must be prepared at any time.However,the current army uses various types of equipment and different performances when dealing with emergent social security incidents.There is no integrated,systematic,and systematic equipment construction structure and allocation for the characteristics of the task,which affects the successful completion of the task.This paper analyzes the task and capability requirements of emergency social security incidents,proposes an equipment construction framework based on capability requirements,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to conduct a comprehensive evaluation operation.The evaluation results are good.It proves that the equipment structure is scientific and reasonable,has strong applicability,and can meet the mission requirements.It can be considered in the next step of the equipment system construction and development.
