摘  要:设计了一种利用三极管的开关特性进行直流电源点火电流控制的火工品点火电路,针对火工品发火瞬间输出回路电阻急剧下降导致电源掉电的现象,利用一种隔离电阻和补偿电容进行改善,介绍了该思路下点火电路的工作原理和实现方法,给出了隔离电阻和补偿电容的参数计算公式,对比了相同输入能量下,两种改善方式的电路输出特性,并通过实际样机的点火试验进行了验证,结果表明:为了保证火工品发火的可靠性及发火瞬间电源的稳定性,在选择合适容量的补偿电容的基础上用电阻进行电源隔离是可行的。An ignition circuit of initiating explosive device for energy storage and release of DC power supply based on the switching characteristics of triode was designed.Aiming at the phenomenon of power failure caused by the sharp drop of resistance at the instant of initiating explosive device ignition,a new idea based on isolation resistance and energy storage capacitance was proposed to improve the ignition circuit.The working principle and implementation method of this idea were introduced.The parameter calculation formulas of isolation resistance and energy storage capacitance were given.The output current on the load of two energy storage modes under the same input energy was compared.The size and trend of change were verified by the ignition test of the prototype.The result show that in order to ensure the stability of the power supply at the instant of initiating explosive device ignition,it is necessary to isolate the power supply with resistance on the basis of choosing the appropriate capacity of energy storage capacitor.
