摘　　要：采用了一种Y型分子筛作为丙烯腈中噁唑脱除吸附剂。首先考察了原料中w(噁唑)、空速、吸附温度对吸附剂性能的影响,然后通过N_(2)物理吸附(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)和NH_(3)-TPD等分析表征手段,研究了不同再生方法对吸附剂的影响。结果表明,吸附温度为70℃,原料质量空速为0.35 h^(-1)时,吸附剂表现出更好的噁唑吸附效果;采用柠檬酸溶液对失活催化剂处理4 h,并在500℃焙烧8 h,再生吸附剂的性能最好,吸附剂寿命为665 h,单位吸附剂的吸附量为19.9 mg/g。A Y-type zeolite is used as an adsorbent for the removal of oxazole in acrylonitrile.Firstly,the influence of the raw material oxazole concentration,space velocity,and adsorption temperature on the performance of the adsorbent was investigated.Then,the effects of different regeneration methods on the adsorbents were studied by N_(2) physical adsorption(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and NH_(3)-TPD.The results show that when the adsorption temperature is 70℃and the raw material mass space velocity is 0.35 h^(-1),the adsorbent exhibits better oxazole adsorption performance.The deactivated catalyst is treated with citric acid solution for 4 h and roasted at 500℃for 8 hours,the adsorption performance is the best.The life of the adsorbent is 665 h.The adsorption capacity per unit adsorbent is 19.9 mg/g.
