引气归元针法治疗精索静脉曲张所致男性不育的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的对精索静脉曲张所致男性不育患者采取引气归元针法治疗效果进行分析评价。方法通过随机数字表法的应用,对该院2019年1月—2020年1月纳入的84例精索静脉曲张所致男性不育患者分成两组,每组为42例。对照组采取常规电针方法治疗,观察组患者采取引气归元针法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.24%,和对照组的73.81%对比明显要高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.372,P<0.05)。观察组治疗前a级精子活动率为(14.65±1.23)%、治疗后为(23.19±1.54)%;治疗前(a+b)级精子活动率为(35.50±5.23)%、治疗后为(53.19±5.43)%;对照组治疗前a级精子活动率为(14.68±1.21)%、治疗后为(20.27±1.53)%;治疗前(a+b)级精子活动率为(35.48±5.27)%、治疗后为(46.87±5.12)%;在a级精子活动率、(a+b)级精子活动率上,两组治疗前对比均差异无统计学意义(t=0.113、0.017,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.717、5.488,P<0.05)。结论针对精索静脉曲张所致男性不育患者实施引气归元针法医治具备显著的疗效,能够促进精子活动率的提升,并使患者的生活质量得到有效改善,值得采纳及使用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yinqi Guiyuan acupuncture on male infertility patients caused by varicocele.Methods Through the application of random number table method,84 cases of male infertility caused by varicocele included in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups,each with 42 cases;the control group adopted conventional electro-acupuncture treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with Yinqi Guiyuan needling method,and then the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 73.81%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.372,P<0.05).The sperm motility rate of grade a in the observation group before treatment was(14.65±1.23)%,after treatment was(23.19±1.54)%;the rate of sperm motility before treatment(a+b)was(35.50±5.23)%,and after treatment was(53.19±5.43)%;in the control group,the rate of a-level sperm motility before treatment was(14.68±1.21)%and after treatment was(20.27±1.53)%;the rate of(a+b)-level sperm motility before treatment was(35.48±5.27)%.After treatment,it was(46.87±5.12)%;there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in a-grade sperm motility rate and(a+b)-grade sperm motility rate(t=0.113,0.017,P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.717,5.488,P<0.05).Conclusion For male infertile patients caused by varicocele,the implementation of Yinqi Guiyuan needling method has a significant effect,which can promote the increase of sperm motility rate and effectively improve the quality of life of patients;therefore,it is worth adopting and using.
