尼可地尔联合氨氯地平治疗高血压并早期肾损害临床效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析尼可地尔联合氨氯地平治疗高血压并早期肾损害临床效果及安全性。方法选择2019年5月—2020年5月该院收治74例高血压并早期肾损害患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组37例使用氨氯地平治疗,研究组37例使用尼可地尔联合氨氯地平治疗,对两组临床效果及安全性进行比较。结果治疗后研究组β2-MG(2.19±0.28)mg/L、UCr(27.50±2.21)g/cm^(2)、SCr(74.40±6.57)μmol/L与BUN(4.36±0.29)mmol/L等肾功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.911、17.671、2.092、13.018,P<0.05);研究组SBP、DBP水平分别为(118.75±6.43)、(71.46±5.21)mmHg,均优于对照组的(129.68±7.55)、(78.85±5.33)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=6.704、6.031,P<0.05);研究组的患者的不良反应总发生率为10.81%与对照组的13.51%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尼可地尔联合氨氯地平治疗高血压并早期肾损害患者,可改善患者肾功能指标,能有效控制其血压水平,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of nicorandil combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension and early renal damage.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,74 patients with hypertension and early renal damage were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group 37 cases were treated with amlodipine,and the study group 37 cases were treated with Nicorandil combined with Amlodipine treatment,the clinical effects and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the renal function indexes of study group wereβ2-MG(2.19±0.28)mg/L,UCr(27.50±2.21)g/cm^(2),SCr(74.40±6.57)μmol/L and BUN(4.36±0.29)mmol/L were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.911,17.671,2.092,13.018,P<0.05);the SBP and DBP levels of the study group were(118.75±6.43)mmHg and(71.46±5.21)mmHg,respectively,better than(129.68±7.55)mmHg and(78.85±5.33)mmHg in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.704,6.031,P<0.05);the total adverse reaction rate of patients in the study group was 10.81%compared with 13.51%in the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Nicorandil combined with amlodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension and early renal damage can improve the renal function indexes of the patients,and can effectively control their blood pressure levels,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
