迁延性肺炎综合治疗在儿科治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的观察及分析儿科应用综合治疗模式治疗迁延性肺炎的临床效果。方法于2019年1月—2020年1月该院儿科收治的迁延性肺炎患儿中选取95例纳入该次研究,应用随机抛硬币法分为两组。对照组中47例患儿应用常规西医药物治疗,在对照组基础上,观察组48例患儿同时应用中药制剂进行综合治疗,对比两组不同治疗模式的实际应用效果。结果对照组治疗有效率82.98%低于观察组97.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.560,P=0.033),患儿症状缓解及疾病治疗所需时间长于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应概率分别为4.17%、6.38%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.001,P=0.981)。结论儿科对迁延性肺炎应用综合治疗方式效果显著,有助于提升治疗效果,降低不良反应发生概率,具有良好的推广及应用价值。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of pediatric comprehensive treatment mode in the treatment of persistent pneumonia.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,95 children with persistent pneumonia admitted to the pediatric department of the hospital were selected for this study.They were divided into two groups by random coin tossing.47 children in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of the control group,48 children in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine at the same time to compare the actual application effects of different treatment modes in the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 82.98%lower than the observation group 97.92%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.560,P=0.033),and the time required for symptom relief and disease treatment was longer than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the probabilities of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 4.17%and 6.38%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.001,P=0.981).Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of persistent pneumonia in pediatrics has a significant effect,which is helpful to improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It has good promotion and application value.
