探讨优质护理对老年急性心梗患者便秘的预防效果

摘　　要：目的分析对老年急性心梗患者实施优质护理对便秘的预防作用。方法选择2018年7月—2020年5月60例老年急性心梗患者为对象,随机数表法分为两组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理,比较两组患者便秘发生率、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组住院期间便秘发生率(6.67%),低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);观察组住院期间并发症发生率(10.00%),低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度为(90.00%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05);观察组护理后担心焦虑、躯体不适、心理社会不适各维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年急性心梗患者实施优质护理可明显减少便秘的发生,且能同时减少各类并发症的发生,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the preventive effect of high-quality nursing care on constipation in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods From July 2018 to May 2020,60 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group received routine care and the observation group received high-quality care.The incidence of constipation,complication rate,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of constipation during hospitalization in the observation group(6.67%)was lower than the control group(26.67%),(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);the incidence of complications during hospitalization in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than the control group(33.33%),with a statistical significant difference(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the observation group to nursing(90.00%)was higher than the control group(66.67%)(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05);the observation group was worried about anxiety after nursing.The scores of physical discomfort and psychosocial discomfort in each dimension were lower than those of the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing care for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction can significantly reduce the occurrence of constipation,and at the same time reduce the occurrence of various complications,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of promotion.
