中医微创技术治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价中医微创技术治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库、PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library中关于中医微创方法治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床随机对照试验。检索时限为建库起至2020年2月。严格按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献,并用Revman5.3软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入14篇文献,总计1628例患者。Meta分析结果:中医微创治疗组在总有效率[OR=7.42,95%CI(5.15,10.69),Z=10.75,P<0.00001],复发率[OR=0.13,95%CI(0.06,0.29),Z=4.88,P<0.00001],视觉模拟评分法[MD=-1.34,95%CI(-2.37,-0.31),Z=2.55,P=0.01]方面结果均优于对照组。结论中医微创技术治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎有较好疗效,值得推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis.Methods Studies with a computerized randomized controlled trial on minimally invasive treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis in Chinese medicine were retrieved from the Chinese Journal Full-text Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database,VIP Journal Database,PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library by computer.The time range was from the construction of the database to February 2020.Literature was screened strictly according to the exclusion criteria,and data analysis was performed using Revman 5.3.Results A total of 14 articles were included,covering 1628 patients.Meta analysis results show that in the minimally invasive treatment group of Chinese medicine,the total effective rate[OR=7.42,95%CI(5.15,10.69),Z=10.75,P<0.00001],the recurrence rate[OR=0.13,95%CI(0.06,0.29),Z=4.88,P<0.00001],and visual analog scores[MD=-1.34,95%CI(-2.37,-0.31),Z=2.55,P=0.01]all showed better results than those in the control group.Conclusion The minimally invasive techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis are effective and worthy of promotion.
