摘　　要：皮肤是人体最大的器官,由表皮和真皮2层组成。真皮成纤维细胞起源于胚胎的不同位置,包含皮肤中的位置记忆信息。真皮成纤维细胞祖细胞分化成各种类型的细胞,这些细胞注定要在伤口愈合过程中发挥特定的功能。此外,皮肤的其他成分如脂肪和神经等,也在伤口愈合中发挥作用。作者综述了皮肤结构及其与伤口愈合的关系,探讨表皮、真皮、脂肪等皮肤结构在调控损伤再生或瘢痕愈合过程中的作用机制,以期寻找促进伤口愈合或提高愈合质量的方法。The skin is the largest organ of the human body and consists of two layers:epidermis and dermis.The dermal fibroblasts originate from distinct locations of the embryo and contain the location memory information in the skin.The dermal fibroblast progenitors differentiate into various cell types that are fated to perform specific functions such as hair follicle initiation and scar formation during wound healing.In addition,other skin components such as adipose tissue and nerves also play a role in wound healing.The authors reviewed the skin structure and its relationship with wound healing,and explored the mechanism of skin structure,such as epidermis,dermis and fat,in regulating the process of wound regeneration or scar healing,in order to find ways to promote wound healing or improve the quality of healing.
