摘　　要：为给秦岭金丝猴野外救护和易地保护提供技术支撑,在参与秦岭金丝猴野外引种实践基础上,总结归纳其野外引种关键技术:(1)深秋或入冬时节引种,引种时雄雌比例控制在1∶(1~3);(2)诱捕法抓获;(3)运输笼木质,坚固,60 cm×80 cm×100 cm,运输途中用棉布遮盖,留通风间隙,减少运输应激;(4)隔离饲养90 d,递手饲喂,树叶新鲜,圈舍及时清理清毒。为金丝猴野外救护和易地保护提供参考。By participating in the field introduction of Sichuan snub-nosed monkey in the Qinling Mountains,the study summarized the key techniques concerned:(1)introduction at autumn or winter,with ratio of male to female 1:1~3;(2)capture of monkey with induction method;(3)wood cage with specification of width,height and length at 60 cm×80 cm×100 cm,covered with cloth during the transportation;(4)feeding in a separate place for 90d,with fresh leaves.These techniques can be applied for the rescue of snub-nosed monkey in a different place.
